Although Meta has huge issues with their product support. Especially their latest Meta Quest 3 which is very faulty, the product is failing and Meta cannot solve the issues and serve proper customer support. I’ve personal bad customer experience with Meta and still today they haven’t been able to give me support on their faulty Quest 3 product.
