For Thermory AS — 830+ employees, €140M turnover, exports to 50+ countries — we built two front doors onto the same product world: a direct-to-consumer e-shop for the Estonian market and a role-based B2B Order Management System for the Thermory–Siparila group.
One source of truth, two front doors
The e-shop handled warehouse sync, Pick & Pack logistics and bank-link payments; the OMS covered orders, offers, complex pricing, dashboards and PDF/email automation. Underneath, a bidirectional ERP sync used attribute-driven product codes — species plus dimensions plus finish — to unify a fragmented product-data landscape into a single source of truth.
Automating the full order-to-dispatch flow freed sales managers from manual inquiry handling and gave the group a scalable foundation post-Siparila acquisition.
